## A rogue admiral, Iranian submarines and the evidence that has to come home

Sandstorm is a special-forces military thriller. A rebel Russian admiral sells Iran a number of nuclear-tipped, submarine-launched missiles. American special operations soldiers go into Iran to destroy the missiles and the submarines that carry them, and to retrieve the evidence that Russia sold Iran the missiles and the technology to build its own nuclear weapons and launch them against the United States.

The book portfolio lays the mission out from discovery to the assault and names Lieutenant Robert “Road Kill” Walker, Admiral Yevgeny Proushinsky, Colonel Muhsin, Abu Marzuk, General John White and Sergeant Ramirez among its characters. The evidence Walker’s team carries out is the thread that runs into [Trump’s Brass Escalator](https://stephenfmontagnabooks.com/books/trump-s-brass-escalator/), where the team is in New York to present it to the United Nations.
