About these terms

These terms cover your use of the official website of Stephen Francis Montagna. They do not cover YouTube or a bookseller you reach from an edition link; that site’s own terms govern what you do there.

This website presents the author’s novels, their reading order, trailers, book portfolios and editorial reviews. It is not a bookstore, and nothing on it is an offer to sell a book, a reservation or a promise of a signed copy.

Buying a book

The books are sold by IngramSpark. Each edition button on a book page opens that edition’s IngramSpark Buy Now page; the sale, payment, printing, shipping and any return are between you and IngramSpark under its terms of sale. Nothing on this website is itself an offer to sell, a reservation or a promise of a signed copy. Any bookshop can also order a title by the ISBN shown on its page.

Prices shown here follow IngramSpark’s pages and can change there at any time; the price on IngramSpark when you pay is the one that counts.

The novels are fiction

Military operations, political crises, scientific discoveries and historical scenes in the novels are invented. Real places, institutions and historical figures appear as settings and premises. Nothing on this website is a news report, a manual or advice about anything dangerous the stories imagine. The descriptions of the books are summaries of the published novels, not the novels themselves, and a book portfolio describes a novel rather than reprinting it.

How you may use the pages

You may read the website, save titles to your reading list, play the trailers, and share links to any page. You may quote a short passage with credit to the author and a link to the page. You may not copy the page text, book portfolios, review documents or design onto another site, present a copy of this website as the author’s, or scrape the catalog to republish it. Copyright and permissions says more.

Trailers play from YouTube under YouTube’s rules once the player starts; a removed film or a region block is outside this website’s control.

No warranty

The website is provided as it is. Descriptions, prices and links can go out of date: booksellers change their pages and links can age. Because this website does not take payment, there is nothing here to refund; IngramSpark’s terms decide any return. To the extent the law allows, neither the author nor Knight Logics is liable for a loss that comes from relying on this website as a shop or as a source of anything other than information about the novels. Nothing here removes a right the law does not allow to be removed.

Changes

These terms are dated 7 November 2026. They will be rewritten before the website opens accounts or takes payment itself. The library they sit beside is on all books, with the reading order and the book portfolios.
